Mai Linh Bus to Can Tho

There is no airport in Can Tho, so you need to travel to Can Tho by road. Taking Mai Linh bus to Can Tho is the best option. Take Taxi to Le Hong Phong st, District 10 office to get Mai Linh coach tickets or go straight to Mien Tay bus station District 6. (taxi from D1) cost US$8.  Get ticket 100,000 VND = 5bucks to go to can Tho bus station after 3.5 hours drive with one rest stop half way in Cai be bus stop. They are leaving every one or 02 hrs.

Mai Linh Bus arrives and depart from Can Tho's roadside bus station about 1km (half a mile) north of the town center (take a motorcycle taxi to or from the riverside for 10,000 VND). Mai Linh Express (tel. 0710/357-3999) runs regular connections on reliable shuttle buses to Ho Chi Minh City (70,000 VND) and Chau Doc (50,000 VND). They also offer free pickup and transport from your hotel to their office and departure area in the busy Can Tho bus station.

Practice the words "Can Tho" and you probably won't need more. Only keep an eye on your bus (the number especially) during the short pit stop. You may have difficulty finding your bus among 20 identical green buses.

When the bus arrive Can tho, the driver announced "Can Tho". The Can Tho bus station is quite large and should be easy to tell you're there and the ferry terminal is a close 2 minute walk. A good map is priceless. I would say a do it yourself trip is much better than being rushed from place to place with a group
